I created the Move into Balance Challenge as part of my PhD to help people, especially busy, creatives, reconnect with their bodies and experience more ease, vitality, and joy in their daily lives.

I’ve seen first-hand how a tiny shift in how we move can help us reclaim our energy and feel more present. This challenge is not about fitness. It’s about taking time to recuperate and giving your body, mind, and soul time and space to connect – and improving your life satisfaction.
