Many of us have (at least aspects) of our jobs that require us to stay in front of our computers for hours every day. Whether we sit or have a standing desk, we are motionless but for the tapping of our fingers on our keyboards. 

Back pain, arthritis, weak cores, sluggish bloodflow, fatigue, overwhelm, burnout — that’s what the typical workday gets us. 

We are so very out of balance.

I created the Move into Balance Method to bring our bodies and minds back into alignment so we feel better – physically, mentally, spiritually, energetically and creatively. Because the more we stretch and move our bodies, the more we expand how we think, how we solve problems, and what we perceive as possible for us. 

Move your body, shift your mindset. It’s all connected. 

By helping you discover your movement patterns we can gently tweak them to move you into balance, so that you can unlock the energy, focus and creativity that you hold within, so that you can be joyfully creative and productive – adding your drop to the world.

Move into Balance Challenge

Take a pause from the busyness of your day and reconnect with yourself through gentle, creative movement. The free Move into Balance Challenge offers short, accessible sessions (just 15 minutes a day) to help you release tension, boost your energy, and bring more joy and flow into your day.

  

Move into Balance (through the seasons)

This is for you, if you have lots going on, but you know (or have a suspicion) that giving yourself some time and space to connect to your body and the natural world will help you regain motivation, creative flow, self-confidence and a sense of well-being and freedom.

 You have the choice of joining one day for one particular season, or join each season day. 

Each Season Day will allow you to connect joyfully and playfully with yourself, the season and the natural world and allow you to express your thoughts and share your insights in a safe, supportive and non-judgmental  group of creative and like-minded people.

Each Season Day will relax and energise you (yes, both at the same time!), Stir your imagination, and newfound patterns will bring gentle change and positivity to your everyday life.

Ground yourself Workshop

A 1-hour, online workshop to reconnect, reset, and realign

Feeling caught in a loop of overthinking, mental clutter, or constant to-do lists?

This group workshop is a powerful invitation to step away from the noise of your busy mind—without needing to meditate.
Through a guided, gentle movement meditation, you’ll drop back into your body and rediscover the joy, energy, and wisdom that lives within you.

Whether you’re feeling scattered, overwhelmed, or simply disconnected, this space is designed to help you come home to yourself—with ease, playfulness, and presence.

Held twice a year—once in June (near the Summer Solstice) and once in December (near the Winter Solstice)—this workshop offers a meaningful pause point to:

  • Reflect on where you are

  • Realign with what matters

  • Ground yourself as you cross the midpoint or close of the year

Come as you are. No experience needed. Just bring your body and a willingness to listen.

Feeling exhausted, unfocused, or creatively blocked? My 1:1 Move into Balance sessions, offer a supportive space to reconnect with your body, quiet your mind, and rediscover your energy and flow.

Through movement, reflection, and gentle guidance, you’ll learn how to release stress, shift unhelpful patterns, and access the clarity and inspiration you need to do your best work — with greater ease and joy.

This is not about routines or techniques. It’s about exploring your body’s wisdom and uncovering the resources already within you to feel more balanced, creative, and alive.
